BB2C (Building Bridges to Careers) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that brings together education, business, and community to inspire students to explore and pursue meaningful career pathways. By fostering real-world learning experiences such as internships, job shadowing, career mentoring, and hands-on activities, BB2C helps students discover their passions and prepare for the workforce, while supporting local employers and educators and strengthening community partnerships.

OUR MISSION & THEORY OF CHANGE

BB2C’s mission is to foster school, business, and community relationships to inspire career choice through experience, entrepreneurship, and education.

We do this by bringing together leaders in education, business, and community to build networks, pilot programs, and engage students to prepare them for their professional futures in our businesses and our communities.

Successful students lead to prosperous businesses, which lead to thriving communities, which lead to successful students.
