Become a Career Mentor
SHARE YOUR JOURNEY. SHAPE THEIR FUTURE.
The BB2C Career Mentor Program trains and connects local community members from diverse career backgrounds with middle school students in Washington County school districts to help the students prepare for their futures. As a Career Mentor volunteer, you’ll meet one-on-one with a student to offer guidance, encouragement, and support. You’ll help them develop the skills needed to be successful in their personal and professional life, helping them set goals and build confidence for their future. Your time and experience can make a lasting impact—just a few hours a month can help students navigate important decisions and broaden their understanding of local career opportunities.
“You have the opportunity to guide students, share your experiences, and make a lasting impact.”
