QUARTERLY: Community & Business Advisory Council Meetings
The BB2C Board serves as the Business Advisory Council for school districts in Washington & Monroe Counties and the Ohio Valley ESC. Quarterly meetings bring educators, business representatives, community members, & students together to delve into topics impacting our schools, businesses, & communities.

SEPTEMBER: Community & Career Connected Learning Summit
Join us for our annual summit, bringing together educators, business representatives, and community leaders who work to connect students to community and career-based learning opportunities both within the classroom and beyond it.

NOVEMBER: Family Career Fest
The number two indicator of a student's chosen career pathway is family support.
Family Career Fest (formerly called Family Career Awareness Day) brings businesses and professionals from different fields together with students and their families to show career opportunities both in our community and beyond.

MARCH: Education After Hours
In connection with local Chambers of Commerce, BB2C hosts an annual Education After Hours event to bring educators, business representatives, and community members together to network and celebrate the ways our community bridges the gap between education & employment.

SUMMER: STEAM Camp
Every summer, the BB2C Makerspace brings science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics to life for middle & high school students in Appalachia Ohio. Our week-long overnight camp enables students to explore STEAM concepts through our Makerspace while also developing essential skills such as teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and risk-taking.
