The BB2C & Career Pathway Support Network (CPSN) Community & Career Connected Learning Resources Course brings Southeast Ohio educators and intermediaries together over the course of one year to strengthen how students explore careers and connect learning to the real world. Through regional collaboration, in-person and virtual sessions, and practical classroom strategies aligned to the Ohio Career Connections Framework, participants will gain tools to expand career awareness, exploration, and preparation for students. Educators and intermediaries who complete the course receive a $2,000 stipend, with optional graduate credit available through the University of Rio Grande.
What Participants Will Experience
Participants will engage in a combination of in-person and virtual learning experiences, including:
Five in-person sessions held within Appalachian STEM Collaborative events
Five virtual reflection sessions with fellow educators and intermediaries
Opportunities to exchange ideas, resources, and real-world strategies
Connections with educators and partners working to strengthen career pathways across Southeast Ohio
Who Should Apply
This opportunity is open to educators and intermediaries who live or work in one of the 25 CPSN counties in Southeast Ohio, including:
Classroom teachers
School counselors
Career navigators
Internship coordinators
School and district administrators
Participants will be grouped into East and West regional cohorts to support collaboration and networking.
