A Year-Long High School Internship Program
For the 2025-2026 school year, Williamstown High School has partnered with BB2C to place seniors in year-long internships, allowing them to experience a career field of interest firsthand. The students receive credit for the experience, just like they do for their other classes. This deep-dive internship opportunity allows the students to follow a career interest over the course of a full year, engage with professionals, and, in many cases, secure certifications or credentials.
Lara Coghlan, BB2C’s Internship Coordinator and AmeriCorps member, emphasized that, “Long-term internship opportunities like this would not be possible without the involvement of the school, which understands and promotes the benefits its students are receiving from these experiences.” She has the opportunity to oversee this unique program this year.
Through the program, BB2C not only helped place the student interns, but also welcomed Williamstown senior students as interns into their organization. Two of our interns for the 2025-2026 school year are Anna Cosner and Bella Bryant. Both took a moment to introduce themselves and explain their internship position for the year:
Anna Cosner
My name is Anna Cosner, and I am a senior at Williamstown High School. I play varsity basketball and participate in my student government. I have two dogs and enjoy reading in my spare time. I have always had an interest in writing and have taken lots of rigorous writing courses. I am also published in Wood Whisperers, as well as the National Library of Poetry.
My position is Storyteller Intern for BB2C. I will write blog stories for the website, as well as help other local businesses with writing. I am working with a local author, as well as Heather Warner at GoPacks. BB2C offered a great experience and provided opportunities to develop my writing skills further.
I am excited to work with BB2C and grow my skills and connections in the business world.
Bella Bryant
Hello! My name is Isabella “Bella” Bryant, and I am a senior at Williamstown High School. I am a self-taught photographer with experience in various areas of photography, including sports, events, portraits, and concert photography. I have a photography and graphic design business. I have 2 years of experience and have designed professional graphics for a coach at CWRU.
I am a marketing intern with six goals/projects to work on until the end of my internship. I work mostly with BB2C’s Communications and Engagement Coordinator, Heather Miller.
I love music. I have a broad taste in music, depending on the day. My dream concert would be Queen in their golden days, Conan Gray, or Tyler, the Creator. Choosing a favorite song is a very difficult task. There are numerous genres and countless great songs. However, one of my favorites would have to be "Eleven Eleven" by Conan Gray.
