BB2C Indirect Rates Policy
As a matter of general policy, pursuant to Board resolution, our non‐profit declines to fund any indirect charges from consultants, or institutions providing consulting expertise, with whom we may from time‐to‐time contract expert services at a rate greater than 0%. We do cover consulting expert wages, fringe benefits (if habitually applied by the consultants’ institution), and other ancillary direct costs as may be negotiated.
