A 2024 graduate of Marietta High School, Miles is heading into his second year at The Ohio State University. As a Data Science Intern, he’s eager to build skills that will set him apart in a competitive job market.
“I want to learn as many skills as I can to stand out when applying for jobs,” Miles shared. “I’m excited to learn a lot this summer from everyone at BB2C.”
When he’s not working with data, Miles enjoys playing the piano, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family. Go Bucks!
Alex Cathcart, Makerspace Intern
Alex Cathcart – Makerspace Intern
Alex is entering his junior year at Marietta College, majoring in Physics and minoring in Astronomy. He discovered the Makerspace internship through a former teammate who spoke highly of the creative energy in the role.
“I’ve found my experience to be similar,” Alex said. “I love the creative and freethinking nature of working in the makerspace and how energized each day is.”
Outside of BB2C, Alex rows with the Marietta men’s crew and enjoys exploring the connections between physics theories and life on the water.
Both Miles and Alex are looking forward to developing professional skills, meeting new people, and making an impact this summer. We’re thrilled to have them on the team!
